+Check it out!+
While working on my next picture, titled "Elegant Beauty", I decided to try recording it so that people could see the process. Well... I hadn't anticipated on it being so much work. x_x So far only 3 parts are available on YouTube, showing me drawing the lineart in OpenCanvas. You can check them out below.

==================================
So I'm updating my journal. I hadn't done so earlier simply because it means losing all the fancy stuff I had back when I had a subscription. Sigh. I know it's not alot of money, but frankly it doesn't seem to be worth it. Sure you get a fancy journal and all that, but honestly... do I really NEED one? It's nice to look at, but it's not going to get me any work. And frankly, having a journal that's totally not up-to-date looks far worse professionally then a fancy journal that's over a year or two old in my opinion. I don't want people turning away from my account thinking "Oh, that journal says 2007, this account must be dead. *leaves*".
Anyway~
For those of you who HAVE been watching my work and seeing all the new things I've been doing lately then thank you! Sometimes I wonder if people are really looking at my work - I really don't get many comments or critiques, though I do get the occasional fav. The comments I DO get I'm grateful for though - especially from my buddy *
ArkNorth He's a great guy and also kind of a nut. I can't imagine looking over 100s of pictures every DAY and finding the time to leave as great the opinions as he does when he finds the time. Bless 'im.
But I'm not gunna be one of those whiny emo artists who's all "Nobody likes my work, they don't leave comments, boohoo!". To me it's really just encouraging when I get them. A favorite is just a button click, but a comment actually takes time and tells me what people are thinking - good or bad. But whatever, I should be glad for anything right?

It's not like I'm popular or anything (even if I talk like I am, lulz).
So yeah, nothing much going on. As you may or may not have noticed from my more recent entries I've been trying out the newest version of Open Canvas and I absolutely love it. I'd really like to buy it, but so far portalgraphics is giving me the run-around. In order to buy a serial number for it you need to make an account with them, and in order to make an account you need to register with an e-mail. Well, I never got a confirmation e-mail to complete the registration, and I tried it with two different e-mail accounts, but nothing's working. I sent them an e-mail about it but again nothing so far. Maybe I'll get a reply tomorrow. I dunno, whatever. It's not like I have $75 bucks to throw around right now anyway. Althoughhhh~
My birthday is this month! Yay!~ November 19th!
I'm not expecting much though.

No one has said anything about it, so I haven't been asked about it, and thus I don't know what to DO about it. Kinda feels like no one cares.... sob. It's not as if I expect anything fancy anyway though. Dad seems to be in a tight spot and mom is... well, mom.

She is so good to me all the time I can't expect anything more from her without feeling guilty.
Oh! And speaking of which before I forget: my mother and I have an online store! Here's a link -
[link] If you like vintage jewelry, glassware, collectors plates and antique plates/tea cups/etc then please check it out! We sell all kinds of stuff from really cute cat-themed decorative plates to crystal bells to pretty pearl necklaces. So please check it out or pass it along!
I think that about covers all the bases. Keep it up everybody!~

"come down now", they'll say
but everything looks perfect from far away,
"come down now", but we'll stay...
